The National Country Dance Circuit is a comprehensive point-tracking system for Line Dance, Country Swing, Two-Step, and Traditional Progressive Jack & Jill competitions, designed to bring transparency and integrity to the competitive dance journey. The official relative placement scoring software for the National Country Dance Circuit is Danceplace.
Year-end NCDC buckles are awarded based on points earned throughout the season. Dancers accumulate points by competing at NCDC-sanctioned events. At the end of each year, the overall points leader in each dance style—both as a Lead and as a Follow—receives an official NCDC Belt Buckle.

A Platform for Growth and Fair Competition
Unlike rigid traditional systems, our dynamic point system adapts to each competitor’s growth, allowing them to compete in divisions that align with their current skills and aspirations. This approach fosters meaningful progress, constructive feedback, and a culture of fairness and encouragement, motivating dancers to strive for their best.

Community-Centered and Inclusive Expansion
Designed to elevate the entire dance community, the National Country Dance Circuit is not limited to any specific events. We invite other event directors to join the circuit, creating a collaborative, standardized platform where competitors from all corners can showcase their talent, grow their careers, and strengthen the integrity of the competitive dance world.
